Nickole Duker is the Managing Broker for both offices of our agency. Although she is based primarily in Belfair, she is dedicated to helping our amazing agents and clients in both locations. Nickole has been in the insurance industry since 2017 focusing on personal lines, commercial and life insurance. She has spent the entirety of her career in customer service and values the importance of happy customers, streamlined processes and responsiveness. While insurance is her primary job function by day, Nickole also enjoys spending time with her family and experiencing all the great PNW has to offer. Nickole is licensed  WA, OR, AZ, ID and MT and is a notary in Washington. She is currently in the process of getting her Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation.
